  1. The second rear and one of the front ones goes on the passenger seat. Important: The hood needs to be stowed away during the loading of the cabin!!!!
  2. Lots of discussion about what you can fit in a 350Z. Especially when it comes to track days when you need a set of rays/tyres, jacks tools and even clothes! Its been proven that you can fit all these in a coupe but some disputed the same in a roadster. Just to prove you guys that you actually can!!! ps anything bigger than the standard 18" rims complete with tyres will NOT fit!!!! One of the rear rays goes in the boot where the spacesaver has been ditched for 2 foam cans.
  3. Had the same problem and had to have the whole bodykit resprayed!!! you v got loads of stone chips that are due to lack of paint flex as well.
  4. haha first track day ever...hired helmet, near stock Z. memories
  5. I love this thread...and i wont say what i am doing for a living...lmao...somebody do something and save earth hahahaha
  6. Oulton park was my first time. Only one tricky corner with negative camber and very slippery. i managed to spin the car end of the on my last lap with the ESP on!!! Its hard to hit something there tho..you ll be fine
  7. I am about to book it m8. I will be bringing my track tyres with me. Do i have to book a garage or is it first come first served? there is an option on the link...
  8. my favorite...at a slightly higher beat rate and mixed with a few more...
  9. Get in girl. You will love it. Steve pm me the code m8. If its a few of a us we can stay in Chester fr/sat and terrorize the place
  10. I will be defo up for it Steve as i havent done Oulton park in a while. waiting for the champions league groups in a couple of hours to see whether i will be here or not...
  11. Normal wheels are 20-25kg so lets say a spacesaver is about 16kg... Car plus driver is at about 1600kg... So the spacesaver is only 1% of the cars weight! There's 750kg sitting on the back wheels and the spare is only 2% of that. Fuel level makes a bigger difference... The petrol in a full tank weighs over 50kg Spacesaver wont be more than 10kg with the tools i wouldnt think. on a roadster almost doubles the boot space tho.
  12. haha if i had kids m8...haha
  13. You just reminded me i dont even know where my spare is. or the lid that goes on top. or the mat that goes on top of the lid. thats why the boot looks decent haha
  14. FINE!! - will buy one this weekend..... DONE! - For the M3, people will look at you and think "drug dealer":teeth: I am driving an Xreg 520
  15. MPG or torque is probably best to use. if you go for redline you ll hardly ever use it. you have to keep your eyes on the road m8. it should have been either higher within sight or beep as well.
  16. Nope i am afraid it wasnt. thats what was left from it. it looked good but i kept catching it mind you and the car wasnt very low either. i dont think it fell off as such. just heard an almighty scrape for a few seconds. Looks good, whats the reason to heat wrap the exhaust underneath the car? Those extra bits under the car (Full GT spec bracing kit is on the car now (fender bracings as well on their way) the red one is a tanabe extra piece.) do any difference to the behaviour thats noticeable? Have to say I prefer the look of two air intakes instead of only one single... try mount the front lip a bit under the car, had a look at Steady Zeddy's and he did that since he's was catching the whole time... worth a shot? (his is WAY lower then yours too) heat wrap supposedly keeps combustion gas warm and as a result helps with better gas flow through the exhaust. if you are asking me i had £15 to blow and time to waste bracings do a hell of a job making the car more uncomfortable haha. with the full kit the car feels so much tighter is unbelievable. as for the front lip i wont bother any more. will try and get the car as low as practically possible instead
  17. Last thing. Many many many thanks to Alex for the parts, know how and most of all his patience. Top man!!!! All my love and appreciation to Sarah for the parts and reassurance. I bought the body kit when envy was changing and thanks to her i got everything with no issues. Thank sweety. mwah <3 Adam in the states for parts and info (although it took bloody ages to get them) John an Paul who fitted all the mechanical bits. Arnolds autos in Hull. highly recommended. (paul is actually the hero who removed and fitted all the bushings) Taylor's body shop in Hull who sorted out the mess the first body shop made. (thanks to the tw..s at the first body shop i lost the front diffuser and i am lucky i am not dead!!) Paul at RS tuning in leeds...not for the Uprev...that was easy haha. Fitting the racelogic TC took almost a full day messing about with the stock ECU loom as the aftermarket one was not right. Stage one is almost complete. Took endless hours and almost reached the 5 digit territory. by a few hundred quid i dont wanna know exactly. then again...there is stage 2 and 3 once i am done with all the minor adjustments. Roll on 10th of September and Donington park!!!
  18. Main prob with the remote start is the Zed's useless handbrake. If i am not sure i v left it in gear i always go back to double check. Thats why i am out.
  19. Nope i am afraid it wasnt. thats what was left from it. it looked good but i kept catching it mind you and the car wasnt very low either. i dont think it fell off as such. just heard an almighty scrape for a few seconds.
  20. if you mean the front one m8, i lost it on the autobahn at 160mph! never found it. neither the oem tray which was underneath it.
