  5. this is what I'm getting next for the air side, have the one for the plenum side. http://www.350z-tech.com/zwiki/Build_yo ... _Catch_Can
  6. Man I need to do painting class or something my take in it is that it uses that extra tube for extra air going into the TB. Lets say you accelerate hard and air is the blue in the airbox you then let off and air is still in that little tube, you then accelerate hard again and it sucks the extra air from the little tube in addtional to the main airflow blue and red lines... Not a clue really... guessing.
  7. well it goes into the air and then gets burned in the engine resulting in 'nice' black pufff when when you accelerate hard.
  8. Yes, thats where one of the hoses for my ARC can goes it catches blow-by oil & is a bit of bling You would be surprised at how much oil does actually get caught in there getting a small non bling one on the air intake I think, need to see where I can find one suitable.
  9. why? whats the purpose of said tank? to catch oil being spit back into the air channel and into the plenum...
  10. shop around mate... thats mental!
  11. the one behind the back is breathing pipe for the engine no? That you 'could' put a oil catch can... think I need to do that on mine next.
  12. the little one on the main pipe, not sure might be for 'quick' air response, is that not on the 06 box?
  13. Good stuff! Can't seem to see any like that on their www site
  14. NICE Have you taken her for a good spin yet? What air filter setup is that? me likey

  16. I can look at some prices for a G35 if you want FOB from Japan.
  17. Depends on the condition of your brake cylinders mate, if they are dirty clean them first then I'd use a piece of wood and push it between the old pads (sometimes this is hard and sometimes not) noob question (im an electrical engineer ) how would one clean his brake cylinders? sorry brake pistons, * take out the brake pads, stick a piece of wood through the caliper (so you can push the cylinders back later) * use the brake fluid to dampen a cloth * carefully press the brake ***NOT TO MUCH, just a little bit so you can see a clean surface on the cylinders * clean around the cylinder with the cloth, if that cleans it use some brake fluid and lubricate the cylinder before you push it back in with the WOOD, DONT harm the pistons. * if above didnt clean it use a VERY fine sandpaper to get all the dirt off. Below is a pic that shows how to use the wood:
