Give mark a call in abbey, shell out a good few 100s and get her running the way she should. New full exhaust, decat, panel filter, plenum spacer and a retune should see that number shot to hell. Had 265 as base when I got my 03 and now I got 318 on the fly and torq is out of this world!

If you got 18"s then maybe get a set of the slicks that Zman has? if you're 100% sure it wont be ANY rain or even any dampness on the track that is ... i have had a look but didnt see any for that price ill have another look as id snap them up for that price i may also have a set of 18s soon so ill have a look at these slicks your on about do you know how a set is not sure I get It... you mean the ones he is selling or brand new ones?

That's a simple one get a 00 r1 or older blade and keep the z! Would go for a black zx10 can't compare to a 600 either 1l you go for.

Got a B&M stick reduces the throw by 40%, not that easy to fit by yourself but doable (I did it) The hardest part I found was to get the rubber shoe back on under neath the car Tried it a few times and then all of a sudden I got it! The B&M isn't the best quality kit that I've seen but does the job. See picture below where mine needs adjusting (tightening) some google searches will throw up all kinds of stuff. You probably need to adjust the stick a few times before you get it right. What's your budget? B&M Nismo AS you can see on the nismo one it's all one piece of material so won't have the problem with the bolt that I have...nismo also offer different throws from +20% to -20% and -40% with an adjustment. Maybe someone on here can give you some info on the Nismo one...
