nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo at least you might have a spare tranny thats good, I think the ecu handles the gearing and stuff. have you checked the harness of the ecu at all? might be worth trying a replacement ecu... FIRST call though, take it to a place that knows nissan and can do some proper troubleshooting on the software side. Think you need to pare the ecu with the car otherwise you could ask anyone with an autobox to lend theirs. feel for you mate

great for tracking why keep the radius the same? if your rolling radius is way out, so your speedo will be as well. you'll be travelling a further distance per revolution compared to what the speedo will be reading. or it works in reverse if you go smaller. ah yeah but we are talking weight saving here not if it's legal or if it's going to put other stuff out of order

me too, they'd need to have swapped the rubber there and then to something they wanted to test it with. either way weight saving is the way to go, kinda goes without saying really. therefore not replacing current setup with anything else for the moement then rays.
