  11. I had a Deep dive into my service history. I found some interesting stuff. It looks like the previous owner had replaced the opposite side for the same problem a few years back. So that's probably why one side was perfect with the oe arm. and the other was blown on me.
  12. Spot on about Nissan dropping the ball on EVs while Chinese brands just came in and ate their lunch. Xiaomi selling 300k cars that fast is genuinely insane and shows what a modern, lean operation can do. Nissan had the brand recognition and the tech heritage with the Leaf to be ahead of the curve but just didn't pull the trigger. New CEO has a mountain to climb honestly, hope he doesn't just slap a badge on a Renault and call it a day.
  13. Instructions I had from Zunsport were to take off the blanking plates, remove the louvers, refit the blanking plates and fit the grill. I was so happy with the result I shot off for a drive before refitting the plates. TBH they are not a major component and I'm being a bit of a Princess about it 😀
  14. Nice work fella 👍 My Z had the same, one side blown out so set about sorting the pair.
  15. I am confused, zunsport grill just goes directly over the loovers? What are those blanking plates?
  16. In the end I went for some polyurethane bushes in the original arms. After and argument with a stuck cotter pin.(had to be drilled out) And managing to break my arbour press (ffs). New bushes are in. Went with "godflex" bushes. They didnt cost much, but the quality seemed quite decent to be fair. All pressed in and refitted.
  17. Looks to good for breaking buddy 😞
  18. Sounds like the clutch has run it's course and was beginning to fail when you bought it. 'you have to get used to the clutch as its a heavy duty one'.sounds like he was spinning you a line and knew it was on the way out. Hey ho, that's life and as others have said talk to one of the suppliers on here and replace the clutch. As it's been slipping I'd be inclined to replace the fly wheel too while the box is out. Good luck with it.
