nissanman312 Posted April 17, 2015 Posted April 17, 2015 Coventry transport museum is free, parking outside is free but req's booking, club needs liability insurance - which is clearly in place, if there is enough interest I am happy to look into dates. I can even book it if someone can provide the required insurance info? Could be a good day out and an opportunity to raise funds for a worthy cause, I have never organised anything like this so if it goes ahead I might need some help. davedutch Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Don't know why I didn't think of this sooner, as the charity is Ronald Mcdonald we should organise a series of mini meets on the same day at McDonald's restaurants around the country, good publicity for a worthy charity, anyone any senior contacts at McDonald's?
