Cracked Drivers side A pillar

Ok so my A pillar has cracked (I have no idea how) and I've found a guide sdaying how to reve it. Now my question is, can it be repaired and if so how? or am i better off trying to get a new A pillar?

Might even get one in the same colour and if you're really lucky the colour will match.

A bodyshop will be able to repair that no problem

So, in the end, I had this repaired but low and behold, it's come back again and a few body shops now have said it should never have been repaired rather it should have been replaced.

Is this the long curved plastic piece ? I'm selling one from a black 2004 that I split for parts.

Wasn't a member in 2014, but if I had been I'd have given you the same advice as the body shops - The A pillar is a notoriously difficult part to remove / easy part to break - many people who try to fix leaks find that out the hard way.
