Pritchard Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 After a few glasses of wine last night I got a taxi home and left my car at a restaurant. Got dropped off this morning bright and early to pick her up. after grabbing a coffee and fuel i thought i would make the most of the 8am sunday roads. heres a few pics that i got from the morning sun. car is filthy, and its just a phone camera so they do look dull im afraid. but was a very nice drive - Amazing what can be acheived when there are no muppets causing queues. - first stop - Cathedral, not a Castle. but close enough - number 3 - number 4, now i did drive to this castle, but i couldnt get around the side of it for a photo, so i got one of the gates (proof is on the plaque ) - something a little more recent, WW2 fort. - and finally, a panoramic view with the embers of morning sun. I really need to invest in a proper camera for times like these. Samsung Mobile just doesnt do it justice. Pritchard 1 Quote
spursmaddave Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 I used to love driving my Zed on a cold morning, the engine absolutely loves nice cold air, all those members who sorn their cars and wrap them up in the garage are seriously missing out on some great driving : 4 Quote

Pritchard Posted December 29, 2014 Author Posted December 29, 2014 Will, no not Leeds caslte. although its only a short drive from the above. however Leeds Caslte (the castle itself) isnt viewable from the road. and to actually drive in front of it you need to go through a few sets of gates and many acres. i dont think its open for general 'car photo opportunities' although i havent ever checked... 1 Quote
