ZEUS Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 (edited) They all do it , keep the climate control/AC on set to auto. Edit: just seen this is for a 370, maybe the same as a 350 Edited October 29, 2014 by ZEUS Quote

hensh65 Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Hahaha!! I forgot to add its when I go out to the car in the morning Kris! Well there you go bit more details! I had it a lot in the 350z, I found when I was gutting the inside and left the doors and boot open while i cleaned away it helped. I have a little bit at the rear in the audi so I will be trying this again! Tinted windows also help! Quote
Sy1441 Posted October 29, 2014 Author Posted October 29, 2014 (edited) Tinted windows also help! In the same way De-Cat's and Superchargers would or are you serious? Edited October 29, 2014 by Sy1441 Quote
350zedd Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Its because you've been heavy breathing in there before you locked her up for the night! Moist air + low temperature = condensation 1 Quote

blaqkaudio Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Had this recently myself and bought this: http://www.robertdya...ture-trap-ocean Sorted it...and for £1.99 can't complain, been 4 weeks so far. Mine sits under drivers seat Quote
Ebized Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Pm Ioneabee, i know he was having this issue in his 370 a while back, or so i remember No problem for you Will, going topless everywhere, eh? All 3 of my Zeds would steam up if I didn't use the a/c - and Autumn is the classic time for this - just use the a/c and its not only good for you to see where you are going its good for the a/c to keep working at its best. And in case there are still those holding back for fear of increased mpg it makes **** all difference. 1 Quote
ioneabee Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Pm Ioneabee, i know he was having this issue in his 370 a while back, or so i remember nope not condensation anyway I did have an issue on the glass on the outside - something had clearly got on it but with some cerium paste and a rotary + new blades - sorted Quote

I honestly noticed the windows didn't steem as much, don't ask me why but they didn't ! Insulating layer, takes longer for the inner surface temp to drop below the saturation limit, and might never get to do so if outside temp starts to rise again. Mines getting condensation just now, leave air con on, on really wet days turn it to recirc air con to dry the internal air without dragging more wet air in. Quote
Sy1441 Posted October 29, 2014 Author Posted October 29, 2014 Some good advice, cheers. I'm going to need to polish out the chips on the windscreen, what one did you use? Was gonna buy the megs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote

What about the drop in BHP though, you`d need to turn it off when racing with a VXR or VRS surely ??.... Quote

coyoteboy Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 All modern cars terminate air con in high load situations. Even my '91 GT4 does that OK I know you were not really serious but... Quote

Mine sits under drivers seat Likewise, I have two big pads full of silica gel in the 350Z, which sorted most of my condensation woes. Quote
