EvansJD2112 Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 I have a few small stone chips on the front etc. Stumbled over this http://www.drcolorchip.com Looks simple and too easy! Anybody tried ? Quote
Randy_Baton Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 The reviews are pretty good, its looks simple to use, but people complain it seems to paint the chip rather than fill it. It seems to be 7/8 out of 10 You probably want this link though http://www.drcolourchip.co.uk/ Quote
Randy_Baton Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 Just ordered some, will post results at the weekend (If it arrives in time). Think I'm asking for too much though, my bonnets seen better days! 1 Quote
Richie94gts Posted September 3, 2014 Posted September 3, 2014 Just looked on their page and is it just me or in the "repaired" photo the cloth is over the damaged area?! Quote
Randy_Baton Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 (edited) I did some googling for reviews on other car forums and it generally seemed quite positive. Basically its simple and quick but doesn't fill the whole just colours it. Just got a mail from the UK site saying delivery will be 10 days, they basically get it delivered from the US so I would probably been better off just ordering it direct from the US site and paying the import fee. Probably wouldn't be an import fee as the amount is to small and it would cost more to collect. Small value items don't tend to have import slapped on them. The dealer gets charged a nominal fee for batches he imports. Quote
