WhackyWill Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Isn't that how Communism started and that didn't work..!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Er, didn't they say China is like one of RR top 3 markets in the show? Communism works, just not for everyone China is only pretending to be a Communist Country for tax reasons... 2 Quote
glrnet Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 I've been researching what charities to donate to lately. Came across these 2 articles and found them to be interesting reading. http://www.telegraph...han-100000.html http://www.dailymail...ed-say-MPs.html http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/82015-wales-2014-raffle-prizes-tickets/ Quote
Stutopia Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 I watched it and I was really disappointed it wasn't about the engineering, I thought there be loads of detail on how they actually make it, not the garish interiors they dream up for people with more money than brains. I'm not down on wealthy people doing whatever they want with their cash, but some of the stuff they have is awful. Case in point, the Rolls Royce picnic hamper. It costs £20k and RR said most people never ever use it, it's just to "complete" the experience. It's just excess weight, get it out! Anyway, the most startling thing I personally felt was how having a truck load of money seems to inversely affect your ability to see when something, or some component, is just plain ugly because of its badge and/or price tag. 1 Quote
