"View your posts" button

I can see in my profile there is a long list of the posts that I've made but how about a "View your posts" button up in the top right next to the "View new content" button so it's more accessible. With newest posts first so you can check on the most recent replies made by others. Just a thought.

Or bookmark the New Content page. Then when you come to the forum it opens on new content.

Then on the left hand side, near the bottom of the options list, click "items I participate in"

Job done, and only one click.
