COULD YOU PASS THE DVLA THEORY TEST ???

My girlfriend is studying for her theory test which is this monday. She is moaning as she is saying they ask really stupid questions that she dont have a clue about. Since I did my theory years ago and got 34 out of 35 (30 being the pass mark) I thought id show off to her and show how easy it is to get over 30 on a free online mock test.

 

Must admit some questions I didnt have a clue, it really is hard, I got 25 out of 35 which is a fail. And she looked at me with a grin to say I told you so..

 

See if you would pass I was shocked I would fail if I took it today.

I passed it with 34 out of 35 a few weeks ago. That was for motorcycles but the rules of the road are the same!

That was a bit of a scrape at 32!!!

 

not sure all the stopping distances are very real though, or that listening to loud music is worse than playing with the temperature controls...

 

All sounds a bit subjective to me!

The stopping distances are probably right for a 1972 Cortina with Drum brakes. (did they make cortinas in 72? )

By the way, I got 32 in the test. Didn't have a fecking clue about stopping distances. Surely a Porsche 911 turbo will stop in half the time of a 1981 Mini Metro from 50mph.

 

Also, I thought it was protocol to honk your horn as much as possible at horses and learners.
