Just about to replace the ns wing and the one i've bought doesnt have a hole for the side indicator repeater, not sure why. Is it likely to fail an mot on this?

Im not an mot tester but know for a fact that it will as i had the same situation on a different car a few years ago.

thanks you two, if it was just a case a drilling one hole, i would have done it but its oval so its a jigsaw job i think - didnt want to butcher the new panel if i could avoid it

Make a template from the other side and then drill some some small holes to remove most of it and then file to finish.

Take your time to not distort the panel.

Or buy the 370z indicators which are integrated into the Z emblem I believe. No drilling, no filing, no mess...

You'll still need to cut a hole for the wiring tho, as the 350Z emblem is stuck into the recess.

Plus, the OP will need to fill the indicator hole on the other side ;)

True, but it'll still look good from one side lol

mmm, the 370z ones look nice, but need a big hole for all the gubbins behind the light and theyre £30 quid each - on ebay and i've already bought a 350z one - which looks pathetic value at £19, basically just the lens, from the stealership (been wanting to use that word).

dremel would be good, but i'd need to get one.

thanks for all the help
