But what else do I need to make it fit in the car? Sorry for the boon question guys. All I have is the stereo, iso lead and iPod leads etc. Do I need a shroud? Wiring? Here's a pic.

I like those too and almost bought one a few weeks ago on the offer they had, but I don't want to loose the in-car Bluetooth (no-matter how annoying- that woman can be sometimes..)

I have the stereo fitted loosely at the moment while i wait for my surround to turn up from incar, theres not a lot of space for wiring behind the stereo is there?!

Is that to watch video on the go? I never bothered but I would imagine that would do it

Just splice it onto a ground cable. It's a switched ground, not live, that you need.

Did it on mine because I couldn't be bothered routing it properly rather than watching video on the move.

IIRC it is indeed a live on that stereo. I planned to buy one and wired up a relay so the stereo itself (on the 12v) would provide power to the handbrake wire.

I had to use a relay as on some models Pioneer tried to defeat the method above by refusing to work at all if a 12v signal was detected before the main unit was powered on. if you do have to go this route theres plenty online about it. Just needs a standard relay and 4-5 wires.

Out of interest where are you placing the GPS antenna?

I dont suppose you'd fancy doing a write up on your install with a few pictures? :)
