Servicing Order Not Correct?

According to the sticky, servicing should be as follows:

P1, P2, P1, P3, repeated.

 

With my new '08 Zed's service coming up soon, I checked out it's service records.

It has been serviced every year by a Nissan dealer, but the services so far have been:

P1, P2, P3, P1.

 

So it had it's P3 service a year before needed. But I don't know why an official Nissan dealership has missed out a P1 service and jumped straight to a P3... unless they were just trying to squeeze more money out of the last owner!

 

What service would need to follow now. A P2 to follow the intended pattern? This is all quite confusing!

Not surprised at all, in my last dealership the receptionists were told (by management) not to sell P1 services at all as it doesn't make enough profit so we was doing P2-P3-P2... all the time. Just an other good example of dealers customer service. :dots:

Wow, that's really shoddy service. Thank's for the advice chaps :)

Anyone had experience of the Nissan dealership in Coventry? If I wanted to keep my full Nissan service history.
