Dead battery

Didn't think leaving the car for 2 weeks would kill the battery but looks like it has! RAC offered me one for £105 but I assumed I could get one cheaper elsewhere.

 

Any recommendations? Is it just a 005 I need or something more specific?

£105 is a bit expensive I would say £80 is realistic, but you can even buy one for £60-65.

I got a Bosch S4 or s5 from eurocarparts. You get 25% discount with them too. I think it was just over £60 for the bosch.

Yep' as Dblock said a Bosch from Eurocarparts @ £60 is your best bet.

 

Yes in Winter 2 weeks will flatten an old battery.

Cheers Dblock, ECP it is this week! If I manage to get the car started this morning would that mean the battery is alright or do I still need to get a new one if RAC battery tester said is knackered?
