Strange as it may seem, when we were learning to drive probably 90% of the cars were rear wheel drive. And we always seemed to get to work.

 

That guy in the Wolsey is having a ball. (think it's a wooly)

They were also the days of remould and radial tires. Same rubber on an axle.............hogwash. :lol: You'll be wanting tread on them next.

(strange how bald tires kick the back end out better and make more noise)

My dad had a Wolsey and it was the first car I drove. (I was 11)

Maybe a year or so before I passed my test. :lol:

I thought I saw early signs of Stubbly from our Surrey Mods all those years ago!

If they were in there twenties at the time, those cars must have been like brand new!!!
