Whilst parking in Lewisham on work related duties, having paid the required charge I was quite suprised to see this on my windscreen when I returned...

Fair to say that putting your ticket on the dashboard is the usual place however the ticket simply states 'displayed visibly' - if the drivers side window isnt a visible place then I dont know what is!

More like blind. I'll admit that's not a normal place to put it but if it's visible they weren't looking! Ask for the photo evidence as it will be in the photo they took!

Why didn't you put it in the windscreen?

I'd love to see the look on their faces when the paperwork of you contesting it comes through!

I don't know actually, silly me I guess but thought it was fairly obviously displayed there, being the pavement side as well.

Will definitely be contesting this in writing!
