Hi guys.

Is there a way to get rid of this, I've used a hair dryer, but it always comes back. suppose the seal as gone somewhere.

put it in the oven....

gas mark 5?

is it a easy job to remove the headlight, joking aside how warm should the oven be, I don't want a molten mess when it's done.

Easy to remove, tbh I would stick them in your airing cupboard over night, but unless the light are totally sealed, it will return. How much condensation are you talking?

If your talking about a lot of water then the best thing to do is get them resealed and baked. A decent body shop would be able to do this no problem but the Z's headlights are such a pain to get out your prob looking between £200 and £250 to get it done (thats what I was quoted) which is still cheaper than a new set by a long way.

are you sure it's condensation? I thought I had that in mine and it turned out to be on the outside and came off when I put abrasive metal polish on it after a tip off on here!

it's certainly on the inside, might wait till summer, and hope it goes away.

BTW, do you need to take the headlight out to change the bulbs?

Eh? Take off poppers holding on undertray thing, more poppers near radiator on bumper, 2 bolts in each wing, unplug lights, pull off bumper. Takes about 15 minutes and the lights are either 2 or 3 bolts each, cant remember which.

Husky sorted my light for me, but I dont know if hes still offering the service, Id suggest dropping him a PM :)
