Turbos are aftermarket upgrades, you could put a turbo kit on a jdm car if it fits a uk car. No 350z left the factory with a turbo

I think i know where the confussion comes from as i remember reading some stuff on the internet when i was looking into buying one, although i cant remember where, it stated that the fairlady version was a turbo'd 350z and that was the difference betweent them obviously this is wrong but could lead to confusion for some people.

The reason I ask is that I have seen one on Pistonheads being advertised as a Turbo and like u guys did not think Nissan ever made a production version, so was wondering if it was or was not. Turns out it’s a Fairlady and the guy says its states Turbo on the V5 so that’s what he is calling it bit misleading if you ask me.

 

And yes I am in the market for a Z would prefer azure blue if poss budget is around 9 K

That website is about as much use as sending a letter to Jim'll Fix it. The Nismo version is just cosmetically different, there are slight differences between the UK and JDM versions and there sure as dammit isnt a factory turbo option
