The other driver was a paramedic (had just finished work too) and we are sorting it out privately. He will pay for the repairs rather than going through insurance although we still exchanged details. I got swiped in my last car and it's a horrible feeling, in some ways worse that a bigger crash as a side impact. I've bought my tickets already, so was only after a stand pass, so if someone else needs a ticket..? If not, then whoever else would like it is more than welcome.
