ATTAK Z
When I put 45 profile Falken 452s on my Rays I thought ........ 'those sidewalls don't look as good as the Potenzas' .............. now I've got 30 profile 452s on my twenties and they look soooooooo much better and I'm much happier about everything
rich5259
+1 the 30 profile on 20" rims looks great
Husky
the profile of the tyre imo is important in getting the correct look, obviously combined with the width. on my wheels i made sure i got as wider front tyres as possible so that they wouldnt look stretched and would match up with the rears properly which are pretty big. i still think the 295's at the back are the tiniest bit stretched looking and im really tempted to go 305 for the next set, either that or see what oterh brands look like as the vredestines have a very rounded shoulder. that is something to bear in mind, different brands have different shapes

ATTAK Z
what I was trying to say in the OP is that the sidewall design of the 30 profile 452 is so much better (aesthetically) than that of the 45 profile 452 ..... my opinion that's all

IanS16
Actually the side walls make a big difference if you've lowered your car too. The Falkens are much squarer than toyos so are more likely to rub as mine did. Thought I'd contribute to this fab thread

You also need to take account of any camber changes that have been made Gratuitous photo post to show 30-aspect side walls on 20" wheels
