rich5259 Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 As I'm selling the Zed in standard specification, my Ultralite GTII wheels are now for sale. £,1000 gets you rolling on some lovely wheels Fronts are 20 x 8.5 et35 wearing Falken 452 R20 245/30 tyres Rears are 20 x 10 et35 wearing Falken 452 R20 285/30. The wheels were bought un-used from Madmarky at the end of 2009, but not fitted with tyres until May, when they were used for the Wales trip. Wheels and Tyres have only been on the car for 600 miles and the stipples are still on the edges of the tyres. If you spec'd these new you are looking at somewhere over £1,500 with wheel nuts. I'm asking £1,000 for the lot, can deliver (within reason) Tread depth on Front tyre Tread depth on Rear tyre Depth of shoulder on rear wheel Quote
BladesGrant Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 Great set of wheels here for someone especially since that is about £650 worth of just tyres!! GLWTS Rich Quote
Tarmac@TarmacSportz Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 Lovely wheels and great price Why are you selling up though Numpty Quote
Husky Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 is 1000 not a bit cheap? as mentioned the tyres are more than half that and those wheels arent dirt cheap? Quote
Cragus Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 I would of been on these a little later on the year but I am sure someone will snap them up in no time GLWTS - Great price! Quote
rich5259 Posted August 11, 2010 Author Posted August 11, 2010 Forgot to say these will clear the Brembos without spacers. Would take a 15mm spacer at rear and 10mm at front if you wanted to go really aggressive on stance, just be careful if you have lowered suspension Photos showing position relative to arches without spacers Quote
350 giZ Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 Would have PM'd you, if I wasn't selling up, too! GLWTS of both. Quote
Gizmo-R Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 Man I am tempted..... Daventry aint far from where I am! Quote
spursmaddave Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 Mmmmm tempted too but spent soooo much already this month.... I guess a set of Ray's in good condition with 20/25mm spacers could offset at least have the cost.... Whats the ride like on 20" Quote
rich5259 Posted August 11, 2010 Author Posted August 11, 2010 Whats the ride like on 20" I didn't find it harsh, it was fine on the mixed surfaces in Wales and on the motorway there and back - there's a bit less side wall to flex so it just depends on personal taste. Quote
spursmaddave Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Hmm I think if I do get some new wheels I will stick to 19" max... Lovely wheels, as said a bargain with the new rubber on too GLWTS Quote
