GreenMonkey
Got my car detailed by Biggy yesterday and he did an amazing job. My car was absolutely filthy! It was covered in tree sap, tar and just plain muck. I only picked it up last Saturday and it was in desperate need of a very good clean! Here are the before and after pics Before: After: Thank you so much Biggy! My car looks amazing and I have turned plenty of heads

tez162003
Biggy: im confused, do you actually use a paint cleanser with mild abrasives for corrections via rotary?
Stew
Biggy: im confused, do you actually use a paint cleanser with mild abrasives for corrections via rotary? Lime Prime. I can see the reflection of the bottle in one of the shots.
tez162003
lol. i know he uses lime prime. remember reading it in the first thread he did, But even the top end proffesionals i know and met dont do that. Just seems odd to me. You cant use lime prime in the same way a polish was designed. Anyway, thats just me. Everyone does there own thing. Biggy
Who ever said i was doing correction?? I'm simply doing an enhancement, the Lime prime is a cleanser as you said and that is all i'm doing, which can be applied using a finishing pad to good effect, if i was doing a correction, i'd be using my 3M polishes and different pads, if you look at the scratch i did on part of the fakeindians rear bumper, i used 3m yellow top on a yellow hexologic pad, then refined it with ultrafina on a Blue 3M pad. It would take me alot longer and cost alot more, if people wanted there whole cars done, as you know yourself what kind of prices people charge for correction and the time it takes. I've explained to everyone who's car i've done, that this is not a polish and it's just a paint cleanser, and that in a few months time when the oils that have masked over the light swirls start to break down again that light swirls will start to re-appear. tez162003
thats cool. i just remember reading removes 80% swirls something or other when you were advertising. Its a good price for the work you do, especially with using quality (expensive) products i'll leave it there. Just came across wrong to me. Biggy
Yeah, i agree that was a mistake on my behalf instead of putting that i should of just put light correction to remove light swirl marks, never mind
