nice idea except for the 2 way part. i like the idea of being able to see and hear whats going on, but having the customer talk back would just grate after a very short time.

Seriously? I think it's a great idea. I wish Nissan had them at my last service. I could have told 'their best mechanic' not to be such a clueless fool and drain my brand new DOT4 Motul brake fluid half way and top up with whatever was lying around.

Then I could have watched as they wiped my oil filter, charged me for a new one and then sat around for an hour before clocking off.

 

Seriously - I think this is needed. I might take my 350z to Audi just I can see whats happening.
