If you are only planning to replace the fronts have a search on mixing tyres too. What are your thoughts on the bridgestones RE040??? What kind of budget do you have? Quote

Are the Falken 452's better than the Bridgstone RE050A's, if there the same i might go for the Falken's simply because they are cheaper. Quote

phoenix Posted May 29, 2010 Author Posted May 29, 2010 I've just checked my vehicle health check dated 20/03/10 and all four tyres (Bridgestone RE050A) have the same tread left - inner 2, mid 3, and outer 2. Are all four nearly ready for replacing? Quote
Roo Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Er definatly soon. Legal limit is 1.6 mm I think or there abouts. Some advise under 3mm to take care in wet conditions due to the ability to shed water is reduced. Quote
