Getting your soft top roof black again, best way.

Hi all, whats the best way to get your soft top canvass roof nice and clean again and back to black. Is there a product renowned as the best for this thanks.

on my old MR2 i used to use Raggtop cleaner and protector, worked very well and easy to use and didn't leave a greasy residue that with some others used to come off in the rain and run down the windows.

 

would defo reccomend Raggtop

If you want a top job though get a good detailer in who'll clean and re-weather the top. I'll last longer too.

I sthe 350z roof vinal or fabric as it looks like theres 2 kits on renovo so not sure which to try.

Autoglym fabric hood cleaner and autoglym fabric hood protector. They are packaged together.

Great thanks for that, will it blacken the hood or just clean it of dirt and debris. Sorry for so many questions.

There wont be a change in the colour but you will see some great beading when its done. Trry to avoid large overspray of the cleaner on the paintwork and wash it off as soon as you have finished.

OK thanks, what fabric is the roof made of, anyone know, might try the renovo then first as that helps with getting some black back.
