I've had a couple of stripped out 1.9 GTis that my friend and I used for track days. I also had a rather tidy 1.6 Miami Blue GTi for a while. I'm now on my 3rd 205 CTi (convertible GTi), I tend to buy one each year and restore them up for the summer. Had a 205 gti and a 106 gti, went around Oulten park in a supercharged 106gti that was about 220bhp on full slicks and I think the only car I have ever felt car sick in. All of them were slightly modified and I have to admit I've looked on Evil-Bay for number 5.
