Got a flat. Can't decide if I'm happy/sad

Noticed a rear tyre was a bit flat but the others appeared fine.

Must have happened over past couple of days coz only recently cleaned the rims and all was well then.

First thing that came to mind was PUNCTURE  and knowing my luck it's always at the edge and not repairable.

On closer inspection, black metal dustcaps that came with my Nismos were missing on passengers side too.

BLEEDIN' KIDS

Not only swiped the caps but must have found it funny letting my tyre down.

Only had 12psi left.

Thank goodness I noticed it early or possibly wrecked tyre, or worse rim, OR WORSE BLOWOUT :headhurt:

Anyway, hopefully new tyre not needed, not even punture repair

I would recommend the following:

1. dig a pit near your beloved veehicuule.. fairly deep mind.

2. Get some sticks, sharpen them, then in true south American rainforest style, smear them with something 'orrible.

3. Insert said sticks bad end up.

4. Cover top of hole with twigs and leaves, arrange your beloved so that the replacement caps are too much temptation.

5. Set up a remote camera

and send us the results!!

I've not bothered on this car with dust caps as I'd suffered thefts on the last 3, but I recently bought some richbrook anti theft ones. Didn't like the ones thatalan key into the stem, but found the ones with a free spinning collar the cap requires a special key to remove them. Should be enough to deter the opportunist.

wish there was a way to electrify them , lets see how many we loose then !

came back to my car(not the Z) in teco car park once to find a fricking trolley laying agsint it AND the car next door leaving a little ding both ! so bascilly some **** just let the trolly go flying across the car park and took off .

thing that hacks me off the most is its always non car people that do , totaly no respect !

Trouble is they may damage the tyre valve stem if they cannot get them off.............................little b*gg*ers!
