Reluctant sale of my Roadster, not owner her for long, about 5 months now, but needs must and she has to go :(

NEW PRICE - £15,000 :)

Details are:

2006 - 56 Plate

18,500 miles

As can be seen in the pics, its a phase 2, 296 bhp model

Only 2 owners, first one being Nissan, me since June this year, I have put 1,500 trouble free miles on her.

Standard GT (UK) car – 296 bhp

Spotless Gunmetal exterior, no marks on roof or bodywork. Electric folding roof, all works fine.

Spotless interior, full black leather, heated seats. 350z interior car mats

Rays 18" Alloys, 2 new front tyres within 500 miles ago, rears are still fine.

Bose sound, CD Multichanger, Climate Control, Xenons, Brembo Brakes, Electric Folding Exterior Mirrors.

Just had first MOT and service, all fine no issues what so ever. All Nissan service history. It has had the all important rear axle repair kit fitted when serviced, under warranty. New pads fitted too.

Fully HPI clear

A stunning car, that has a great mileage for its year and will look good on anyone’s drive.

No main reason for selling, just my commute has increased quite substantially and I have a house to renovate that needs some cash throwing at it, it’s a shame, but needs must.. To add I wasn't planning on selling the car hence the new tyres, service, MOT, etc.

The car is totally standard and I reckon in tip top condition, I welcome any inspections, questions. The car is in Epsom, Surrey, PM me for more details :)

ALSO to add, in my previous posts I stated that the reversing sensors were intermitent, when it was serviced that was looked and although nothing was found to be amiss, it has never done it since, so I assuem a loose wire was there but has since been rectified :)

Another bump :)

I think I am taking the roof down more in this cold weather than I did in the summer, its lovely when its a bit fresh, to wrap and get it down, sure I look a bit of a tw4t though :yahoo:

As time goes on, my want and need to sell the car dwindles, I will leave it up for sale though, in case someone comes along :)

You will find this is the best time of year for ragtop owners to drop the top nothing better than nice cool air bright sun and a nice warm 350 club fleece on. :D

Agreed with garage now at £15k, so this is SOLD

I have enjoyed the Z, not as much as I thought to be honest, hence the quicker sale. I spend alot of time in traffic, stop - start all the time. Since resetting the clocks on the day I bought the car my average speed has been 17mph. I now realise, after selling a smallish hot hatch (Focus ST) to come to the Z, that what i need is a smallish hot hatch :bang:

So the Z is being replaced by a Renault Megane R26 230 F1 - in bright liquid yellow on a 09 plate :)

Its totally different to the Z in so many ways, but its the car I need for my general driving. The Z only worked for me when cruising, I found more of a GT car and thats not my need :(

The one other thing I found with it was at 6'4" my head stuck just aboev the window line once the roof was down and I got buffeted everywhere, and that was a royal PITA

But anyway, just wanted to say thanks for my time on here and making me welcome and one day when I get bored of the Renault (this normally takes 6 months!) I may be back in a 370 hard top

So although you are no longer the car's owner, it wil be a good buy for someone else - just a pity they have not been around so you could have both done better out of a deal.

But thanks for the feedback and I have seen a few move on from ZEDs to R26's so you will be in good company - I presume you fit better in that

Have amended the title of the thread to reflect the sale.

Good luck, and don't be a stranger
