I'm quite tempted by this, although the girlfriend would kill me. I guess this is a bit outside my ability to install, how much do you reckon for a garage to fit?

would it be possable to buy second hand pair of skyline gtr standard turbos for £200 as every gtr owner upgrades to steel(easy to buy)then get a good welder to mod a pair of manifolds to suit get an intercooler and a piggyback and map ,maybe need injectors and bigger fuel pump but it could be done.

I think that it may require just a little bit more than what you are suggesting.
