See if you can book a carriage on the London Eye, prolly super cheesy, but you know, it's the ultimate day for cheesyness.

Then for the night, you could take advantage of the many Hotels in the area.

Good luck tho, cos it prolly is kinda late for booking it all.

the Sunday can then be left for her to go shopping in Harvey Nichols or somewhere, as a cherry on top sort of thing.

Hotel Du Vin - Brighton. Unbelievably nice hotel/restaurant and the ladies love the rooms there! Free standing baths etc! ;)

+1

I've been to the one in Bristol, Henley, Harrowgate and the one in Birmingham about 10 times, love it there :D

I am the luckiest bloke alive... My missus hates valentines day as do I, its an ideology exploited for comercial gain.. I mean nothing says I love you more than flowers and chocolates and cards for one particular day a year eh?

Doesnt have to be for the 14th though does it? I've got tickets to see Russell Brand and a nice boutique hotel in Edinburgh for the weekend after, just going to send the missus an invite but not tell her what its for..... Cheesy!!
