On one of my recent excusrions to Edinburgh - they were pointing pathing flags on one corner of George street - 1 guy pointing , 1 guy mixing a bucket of cement, 1 guy brushing up , 1 guy drinking a cuppa and watching the rest. I walked past them at 10:00am and later on in the day when walking back to hotel (about 2pm ) they had managed to point 2 flags! 2 Flags!!! I did the whole of my patio in 1 afternoon by myself! I'm sorry but we (the tax payer) pay the wages so should see these people actually working! Iron first needs to be in charge to check up on this crap!
