It's coming down a little bit at the moment.

unleaded is 111.9 at all the supermarkets near me.

super unleaded is 116.9 at sainsburys which is 2p cheaper than tesco - also if you spend £50 on shopping there you get a further 5p a litre off!

I use petrolprices.com to check for the prices in my area.

Falling crude price, a little bit more stability in the market should both help. The government also need to be seen to be sorting this out too.

Unfortunately there may be other short term issues which cant be posted here

wonder how this affects domestic oil charges? In February it cost me just over £400 for a thousand litres and then last time it cost £550 which is a massive increase. I was hoping when I moved house and changed from the hideously expensive LPG that oil would be better but its about the same now.

it has started coming back down now :D

domestic heating oil had more than doubled in the last year! i remeber when i started in this industry we could buy heating oil for about 12p a litre! todays price is 49p but was right up in the 60p's a few weeks ago!

Warning people we are getting indications its going to go back up again on Monday!

I'll be having to fill the heating oil tank again this autumn. Do the prices start going up closer to winter?
