Cost of fuel still going up

Yesterday for the first time ever put fuel in (not much mind) that was over £2 per litre. Absolutely disgusting the price currently and no signs of letting up either. Really beginning to think twice about car meets, events or even just going for a long drive due to the ever increasing costs. No one buys a 2 seater sports GT for its practicality or fuel efficiency, it's for fun an enjoyment essentially and that feels like its been slowly taken away sadly.

Local Esso near me, 200.9p per litre for super unleaded 😩

The diesel will last 3 days and the V power 1 day (120 laps)

The E10 will probably last a week if it does not rain.

Having to be very selective for the track days as it was a money pit even before the fuel price increases.

Prior to the pandemic you had to book your track time 3 months in advance to be guaranteed a slot, however you can now just rock up on the day without booking as they are never fully booked.

Sad days indeed, however onwards and upwards, says the glass half full guy.
