The rust is back and I'm not paying someone to sort it again so going to cut the rust out and get some 50mm over fenders. I need some help with what offset and width will get the wheel as flush as possible to the arches. I'm thinking of sticking with 18s. I currently have 30mm spacers that could be used with the new wheels. If anyone has any info to help that would be great. Thanks

These were about 65mm over standard, wheel was 11J ET 10 with a 25mm spacer so effectively 11J ET -15 but no camber and normal tyres.
See www.rimtuck.com for many, many more.

Regarding the rust, did you have it cut out and a new piece of arch welded in, or did they just sand it back and body fill it? I know you'd need to cut out all the rust to stop it bubbling and coming back from experience.
