ukdavew Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 Following my Driveway adventuresI now need to test whether a Zed will fit onto the driveway. Do we have any owners in or around Bristol who would be willing to come along and try to stick their Zed on my drive? I reckon it's best to rule out any lowered cars as I think it'll be a close call as it is. There's a BP and a Shell garage nearby and I'll happily buy the person a tank of fuel as a thankyou. So no faffing, come along, stick it on the drive (or not) and get a tank of fuel either way...simple as that. Quote
GIXXERUK Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 a tank of fuel thats like £85 !! you might want to edit that Quote

Cool Hand Luke Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 A generous offer Dave, hopefully some kind soul will help you out I'm keeping my fingers crossed that a zed fits on the drive! Quote
hagar Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 why not take one out for a test drive then trial it on the drive? Quote
Daaave Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 Mine is on Eibach springs so is about 25mm lower than standard, but it is on 19" wheels so overall I'm not convinced that I'm that much lower than one with 17"s or 18"s. The gap between the wheel and arch is less now though Quote
choptop Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 why not take one out for a test drive then trial it on the drive? Hi, would willingly help but not about much at the moment due to work commitments. The above idea from Hagar is a good idea Try going to Wessex Nissan down Pennywell Road. Say you are interested in buying and I am sure they will help. Quote
GlenMH Posted April 23, 2008 Posted April 23, 2008 Dave - I am also from Bristol and will be about from early next week onwards if you are still looking for someone to help out. I need an excuse to get her out of the garage and best we make it a sunny day! Glen Quote
