Gray import Road Tax

I have a 2004 Fairlady Z Convertable which was imported into the UK in 2007 as a gray import the DVLA are now charging me 315 to tax it for a year. I have looked all over there web site and I'm sure they once had a set fee for cars like my one which did not fall into the normal tax bands. The 315 conforms to the  K* Band for cars over 225g/km but registered before 23/3/2006. So has anybody got any info or advice on this subject?

I taxed my import a couple of months ago I’m sure it was 280?

My 2003 import is over 300 now so quite possible it's now 315
