Hi guys. I have a 350z hr 2007. Only owned it for 3 months and not done 30k yet. I'm finding slight delay in power/pull off when pressing accelerator (one to on and and a half sec delay) didn't do this when bought. Even with esc off nothing changes. I have the click from rear spline which is common and easy fix. My main concern also is dreadfull noise from gearbox on tick over untill clutch pressed and noisy gearbox when driving and changing gear. Also clunky in second/third gear. Nissan are a waste of time as they tell me no fault on ecu so cannot diagnose fault although agree issue. Does anybody no a 350/370z reputable garage as love car so want it checked out and rectified. Thanks peeps.

Not sure about the delay. However Clutches are noisey so that's common and gear boxes are clunky on the zed a gear oil change with the addition of molyslip usually does the trick.

Get yourself over to the cougar store in Leicester, well worth the trip

Thanks shezza I was thinking of booking it in for complete bleed/flush on gearbox then fresh oil afterwards to see if it improved. If the gear change was smooth and still noisy I wouldn't be as worried as I am. Thanks again for your help! ☺

If you can travel down, Horsham Developments can't be beaten!. Engine stutters and general running upgrades are their thing!.

On the gearbox, clutch release bearings can be noisy on HR's and 4th to 5th is difficult above 6k sometimes even with moly oil (although it does help).

As stated all common issues from every Z from DE through to HR. Uprev map can sort throttle response. Clicky  rear an easy fix. Chatter from the transmission common on idle especially if fitted with a lighter fly but still there with OEM DMF.

Just to note even after a complete clutch refresh and bearings it doesn't take long to come back :)

Totally agree , just had a new OEM clutch and DMF and slave cylinder on my HR and slowly slight chatter back :teeth:
