ACF 50

Opinions on ACF 50 please, has anyone used it ? What did you think ? I'm planning on removing all of the arch liners, cleaning then spraying ACF 50 as a preventative measure for rust. Any info appreciated.

used to use it on bikes , its excellent should do the job nicely

Used them before on coilovers, great product. But for the length of time taking all the arches out. id use a dedicated underseal product.

Great stuff, used it a lot on various applications.

 

 

If your thinking of rust prevention,then i would go for a dedicated product though...ACF 50 needs reapplication to keep the protection.

ACF 50 is great stuff, however as been said not really suitable for intended use as application is time consuming, needs reapplication and will not be cost effective.

 

Best to get some some thing like this IMHO.

I kind of thought the only drawback with ACF 50 would be the 1yr lifespan on the part that it has been applyed to, I would like something more permanent but ACF 50 is clear and easy to apply. A lot of other products when applied are black or brown and look a bit unsightly sometimes.
