Door dings

Hi all,

 

Looking for a little advice. Looking to sell me Zed in August (ish) now. Anyway it was like it when I bought it 2 years ago and haven't decide the best option. Each door has a couple of dings in, some along the feature line. What's the potential cost to repair? And is it worth doing? Would it put someone off buying completely? (Id plan on accepting a couple hundred less than asking price of sold before I got chance to rectify

If they're minor and no paint damage then a decent Dent guy should sort it for less than a tonne.

There's 4/5 marks per door, some have paint chips but would just like to get the feature line straight as it can be off putting to see them. You reckon a tonne for all? Per door? Or per dent?!

Just had mine done by a PDR guy at £90 per door.

My Local PDR guy does them for about £65 a panel

I've wondering about this myself. Any one tried to pull them out themselves? it cant be that hard can it?

DENT DEVILS are awesome.........had a couple removed from my doors and at a bloody good price Here's a pic in the sun and the Z is totally dent free and I hope to keep it that way lol

I've got two on the rear quarter panel. Do they need access to both sides of the dent, or do they literally pull it out from the outside? How much am I looking at? Less than £100?

Rear 1/4 is double skinned so they need to drill a whole in the door frame to get to the back of it. If its on the wheel arch fold you'll need a body shop to get it perfect.
