Spoons Posted June 27, 2016 Posted June 27, 2016 Hi, anyone had any experience with this type of spoiler or seller on eBay. I really like the style, I have no issues with having to put time and effort into shaping and fitting this. I just want to know if the quality is any good. Any help is as always much appreciated. Spoons Posted June 28, 2016 Author Posted June 28, 2016 Lmao your right there pal! The eBay number is this....131846657179 can't put a full link on via my phone. Quote
MrLee Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 I've had my eye on these for a while... I'd love to know what the quality is like. Quote
martybhoy Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 I bought an eBay nismo v1 spoiler. A bodyshop in my area were not impressed by the quality at all. In the end I ended up going with an RT spoiler, which even I could tell was of better quality. Quote
Spoons Posted June 28, 2016 Author Posted June 28, 2016 Cheers gents for the input. For 90 quid I'm tempted to try it out and I haven't seen that style been sold anywhere else other that eBay. it is the only one I would put on the car, as no offence to anyone but just not keen on any others. Quote
veilside z Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 This will only fit if you previously have fitted, the thin blade oem spoiler, as this fixes over it. Needs drilling through the boot lid too Quote

Needs drilling through the boot lid too I have the thin blade spoiler already and that's why I like this style as it links in well and save butchering that. Quote

varley16 Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 I had one of these on my old 350z, i loved the style, however, it does feel cheap, and will take a lot of prep to get it perfect, once I had it painted and fitted a crack appeared and not because of the paint, the back part of the spoiler was weaker and a hairline crack appeared resulting in the paint cracking, I wouldnt buy one again. Spilf Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 (edited) I've just purchased this spoiler, currently prepping but I will update. Out of most of the spoilers i've seen I really likes this one, not too big not too small. It came primered and was easy to sand as not too much was needed to be done. As I say i'll update once i've finished with it, I've just got the second coat of colour on and so far so good. Edited January 20, 2017 by Spilf 1 Quote
scobie140 Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 I got that spoiler years ago, subtle but sets the zed off. Can't remember the bodyshop complaining about any fitment issues. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk 1 Quote

KyleR Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 Did it come sealed with a gelcoat or similar? If it didn't and you never did it, it'll probably bubble in a few months with gases leaving the FG. Quote
