winter Tyres off..?

Just wondering if most other owners with winter tyres had or are thinking of taking um off now...? Weather seems to have broken....? Thoughts please..

Decided not to change mine as we've not had much of a winter here.

 

Kept the MPSS on throughout.

7c is the cut off usually.

and that's not peak daily temp, its when you're driving the car. most afternoons are slightly above 7 degrees, but most mornings are still around 4 degrees here, so if I had fitted them, i'd probably still have them fitted, and change over at the start of april.

 

but as 350zedd said, we didn't have a single snowy day this winter, so never even crossed my mind to change to winters in the first place!

I never fitted as not cold enough overall.

Keeping my Winter Contis on until it gets above 7 degrees in the mornings.

Why? They grip better than summer tyres below that temperature.

I'll be swapping my winter Michelin Alpines off over the Easter weekend.

 

I'm only waiting until then as my normal summer wheels need a jolly good clean before I put them back on!

This sounds very anal but I clean mine before I put them away in storage plus a coat of the unfortunately named Rimwax.
