Rear washer not working

I believe it's a shared fuse for the front & rear washer jet motors so if the front one still works then the fuse is ok.

Can you hear the motor going when you pull on the stalk for the rear wash? If you can't hear the motor then that'll be your problem.

Replacement motor here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Blue-Print-ADN10316-Washer-Pump/dp/B00B90LE00

If you can hear the motor going then you're going to have to investigate further... Is there washer fluid in the tank?, Are all the pipes connected? (check your headlining inside the car near the rear in case a pipes popped off) etc.

Let us know how you get on.

I believe that this may be a front pump.

Should be the rear pump Alex.

I got the part number from Veeg33 from when he replaced his rear windscreen washer motor. ;)
