  1. Well thank you Nissan for paper thin metal and watercolour paint!
  2. Sounded like a door of front wing - quite hollow - I checked my head - no that was ok!
  3. Fat cats, greedy sales bods, investers and money hungry establishments trying to get a decent high interest rate ! Oh well everyone wants something for more of less nothing eh?
  4. Look good on that white one - maybe a black one also
  5. Just on the motorway this morning and wallop - the loudest bang Bleeding wagon must have thrown a rock up and wacked the car - thought it was the windscreen but no marks - car is so covered in road poo cant see anything? I just know its gonna be a paintwork special! It will appear when the little fella gets a bath this weekend! I hate wagons! Get da frieght on to trains!
  6. Unfortunately we have a world full of these scumbags - yet if they put that much effort into such crap why not get orf your ar** and have a go at a genuine business!! Oh sorry forgot that would imply they have to actually do some work for once Round them up - tie them to a sofa - stick richard and Judy on all day long 24x7 or worse SKY news and pin their eyelids open - everytime they nod off punch them! I would force feed them blue mouldy cakes with bits of fur on top and Martin could take them on trips in his Tugboat (at the end of a rope in the water) Oops sorry thats not very Christian of me is it!
  7. We're flying Stan but when I come down in January I think a donut stop will have to take place! Thought you might be flying - picking up the airmiles eh! I cant even imagine how long it would take to get from Aberdeen to Brighton!! No worries Donut stop already planned in as is the following : http://www.slattery.co.uk/dining.cfm
  8. Hey Stew say congrats to Jayne from us both I think its still a quid on the buses for anywhere in the centre is'nt it??? (Been a while since I was there) Think you've been to the London eye - sure you mentioned - if not go on it - top stuff! Have a nice time down there matey - if your driving and need a stop off point - let me know - hot tea and sticky cakes available!
  9. Yes exactly my point! So money printing?? Hmm is the place where the club got their stickers printed - willing to print 20's for us!
  10. Lot of finance people in this club - 350z makes financial sense eh!!
  11. I could do that - but I would end up the size of a barrell sampling those breakfasts!!

    Dotz Hanzo's

I think Lexx has these wheels ??? Hmm I am sure he can advise?
  13. Hi. Cant beleive you have clicking axles on an '08? I was told this problem was sorted out - fortunatley my '07 has'nt shown these symptoms (on 28K miles now) My thrust release bearing still grumbles once in a while but since the clutch slave cylinder recall its been ok ? By what you describe it sounds like a cable problem to the rev counter but I cant beleive a Japanese car maker still uses a cable for rev / speedo for such things? It should be hall effect sensor and electrics (I may be wrong) but the car is fly by wire anyway is'n it? Could be a faultly instrument - maybe they have fitted it incorrectly and its getting pressure on it unevenly and sticking? Well I would take it back and get it done on warranty - this is rubbish for a new car! Get down to a Nissan dealer let them fix it - good luck
  14. Probably the best thing to do - hope you get something sorted soon? Still nothing on the horizon for me but remaining positive, something will turn up soon -otherwise its back to contracting for me too!
  15. Anything with a big fat engine and £400+ roadtax will be suffering now - dont worry about it - just enjoy your cars
  16. Congratulations !! SUV?? SUV?? come on get that modding kiddie seat on the Zed! I'm sure ESR do one for Zeds in Carbon Fibre!
  17. If its your first contract go Umbrella company no question- make sure that you can fill out yout timesheets, expenses etc online - makes life a lot easier! Then you need a payroll company - they can be part of the umbrella set up or like mine - seperate - they will advise how much you can claim for travel expenses etc etc etc but to be honest after trying an umbrella company a few years ago and knowing what I know now - if I was to contract again I would go private company. You will get far more money back as a private Ltd company? You can buy them off the shelf pre registered from Companies House http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/infoAn ... List.shtml Think they used to be £100 which in the scheme of things is peanuts but your stuck with a name that may not suit your business needs?? Anyway have a look at the weblink above - plenty of advice on t'internet. A lot of good advice and info from David there (manc350z) I take it things did'nt go to well with your verdict then mate?
  18. I avoid the telly much of the time and dont buy papers as a rule anyway - but at work they have sodding flatscreens on silent with Sky news on! All you can see are the titles repeating all the highlights to the story - and 99% its the over the top - the World is going to end you cant have a house or feed your family anymore - run for your lives type of dramatic crap!
  19. Hey welcome back you two - from wedding to zedding again eh! Wow look at those pictures - think we need a mini guide to Cuba for the club writing up Sounds like you had a great time and great weather - and not a speed camera or speed bump insight!
  20. Yup we got that one also - DEFCON 1 - on top of about 5 other things and yes still here!!! But on the plus side I am wearing my club T- shirt at work today and will thrash it home tonight (well ok subject to traffic jams!) Have a good weekend folks
  21. Agree but its more the need for filling 24 hours of news - and the constant reruns of news items all day long and well bad news sells does'nt it?? Thats fine for selling newspapers and telly but behind all of that peoples lives are actually effected for real!!
  22. good luck with the sale matey
