Having looked around I found this item on ebay and was wondering if anyone knows anything about this product. Just bought a JapSpeed K1 off ebay, brand new with 24 hour delivery for £210. At first looks the quality is quite good. It came complete with gaskets and bolts. I will be fitting it this weekend, weather permitting.

Kinetix Discs And EDB YellowStuff Pads. Out of the box the discs look very good quality, I checked all the stated tolerances on the size of the discs and they were all fine. I fitted the rear discs with EBC Yellowstuff pads Saturday 16th July before being rained off Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. I fitted the front discs and EBC Yellowstuff pads on last Saturday, I checked the run out with a DTI and found them both to be within 3 thousandths of an inch (0.003") which is within the specification in the manual. I took the car out for a run to bed-in the new discs and pads which removes the coating on the surface of the pads and beds-in the new pads. http://www.stoptech.com/tech_info/wp_bedinstock.shtml The new discs and pads worked great, there is a very slight noise from the slots and dimples when braking hard but you would have to have you windows open to even notice it. I have just fitted a new set of Denso Iridium Power Spark Plug IKH16 spark plugs, (bought from OPIE Oils for £43.85 including delivery and club discount). Everything went OK and the engine is running fine but the engine management light came on. I double checked all the electrical connectors and air intake tubing and still the engine management light is on. Has anyone had a similar experience to this, I have found the thread on the forum to reset the light but I would like to know what it is first. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi Tim, I called Chris Knott last November to renew my insurance on a 2002 JDM coupe and you would not even give me a quote, my postcode is OL10, so I went with direct line. I have a clean licence, three years NCB and the car is standard.

The Kenwood DNX range have direct iPod input (requires additional iPod connecting cable) and USB input for other MP3 players. I fitted the DNX7200 18 months ago and use my iPod all the time, it has a touch screen iPod style interface so you can hide the iPod away out of sight. Just got new FALKEN 452's fitted on all four wheels, 245/45/18 rear and 225/45/18 front on standard 18" Touring v.1 wheels. I got them fully fitted with wheels balanced and new valves for £489 at a local garage (EQUIPE in Heywood, Lancashire), they were very friendly and helpfull and matched the best fully fitted price I found online. Immediate first impressions from the original Bridgestones is the reduction in road noise, very noticable. Haven't had a chance to gauge the performance fully in the wet yet but they do seem very grippy.

Are you going to fit them yourself?

Hi Marzman - thanks for the heads up on the Wolfrace Sharks, anyone else had a similar experience. I am still after a decent set of alloys and do like the deepdish look, any recommendations?

Fine spacers it will be, any recomendations? (must be hubcentric). I have contacted Wolfrace again an the said the offsets are +25 front and +35 rear. Getting back to my original request, what would be the best size of tyre to suit these wheels.

I am buying them direct from Wolfrace, I think the offset is +35. I contacted them on support@wolfraceaccessories.co.uk and asked if they would fit the 350Z with Brembos without using spacers and they have said they do.

I am getting the Wolfrace Shark 18" staggered wheel package and will be buying a new set of tyres either Falken FK452 or Toyo Proxes T1-Rs. The wheel sizes are 8.5" x 18" front and 9.5" x 18" rear, what would be the best size of tyre to suit these wheels.
