Dealers don't seem to have caught onto the whole idea of what breeds "loyalty".
That's because they still operate on a transaction philosophy. That is to generate sales at any cost, and then move on to the next sale without cultivating their existing customers to repeat purchase.
Oh, so true. Having purchase 3 brand new Nissans in succession, there will not be a number 4. The only ones that seem to understand how loyalty works are limited, and usually not in the car sales or warranty area. Or if they do, they get the big corporate stick waved at them.
