I think we've all experienced at least one of the things on your list! Was thinking the same about my seats only yesterday- its not a massive problem, its just thats its blooming cold at 7am! On the tyre front, if you are looking for a wallet friendly alternative to yours, try the Falken FK452's. Awesome tyre and cheap as chips! Makes drifting more of a preference rather than a suprise! Or failing that, speak to Stuey- he is the master of the sub 20mph drift!

Well said Beavis One of the funniest moments had to be when we got to Bala. Me and Stuey drove past those two police officers and they kinda thought nothing of it....then they realised there was another 10 cars behind us! Their faces were a picture!

Andy you cheeky monkey! Both Tilly and Squarehead were behind me at some point and all I can say is that considering they've only had their cars a short time- nice driving! They are some cracking pics too Tilly- hats off to the photographer! Sounds like everyone enjoyed themselves too- it really was a great day.

Thanks Beavis for all the organising and Stuey for taking the lead- had some great fun on the first leg of the journey following you...think we were a bit "too" spirited at times...NOT! Glad the weather was kind to us as it helped to show why I love the roads round here so much! Some great driving by all too and I thought we were a real credit to all zed owners although I do think we wrexked the peace a little in some of those sleepy villages! Great pics too by all- just showed them to a mate at work and his comment was "wow!" when he saw the roads! Cracking finale too by Lomoto- man your car sounded sweet driving off...very F1 esque! Brilliant! Feeling that there might be a high possibility that i'll be there for the next one... Matt

Tilly, From Hope you need to take the A550 and join the A55. St David's park is signposted just off the '55 and is on the right of the carrigeway so you will need to come off and go under the 55 to get to it. We are then all going to re-join the A55 for a bit until it intersects with the A494 Matt

My insurance renewal is due soon so have done the obligatory negotiating and have managed to get it down to a very respectable price! Im sure there are loads of you paying a lot less than me, but im pretty happy as 12 months ago when I had my accident I didnt think id be driving round in anything better than a 1 litre micra! So paying the least I ever have done on insurance for the most powerful car ive owned so far is pretty good going. Thanks Elephant! Going to treat my baby to a tank of v-power later I think, ready for the meet on Sunday!

Mike, if the rest arent leaving the services until 10, do you still want to get to St Davids for 9.15, or a little later? Weather is indeed looking good for sunday...! Just had a good look at the route too and im actually struggling to suggest any ways of making it better so hats off to whoever came up with it! For anybody debating whether or not to come, I can categorically say that you will not regret it. Not only a great bunch of people, but honestly, these roads were made for the zed and if you want to discover a hint of what that motor you spent all that money on can do, this trip will show you! Oh and you also get a free trip to Wales thrown in free

Ebized- good point and at the risk of upsetting people id have to say that I kind of agree... I dont think it should, or needs to be about only those who own a zed being able to come along- I mean, all those who want to come have owned a zed before have they not so does that not shw the strength of the car that these guys still want to be associated with it?! Besides, if nothing else I would LOVE to watch that lambo stretch its legs and see just how far ahead it could get in "my back yard"

"briskly" following Martin down the lanes near his house on the night before the lakes meet, I think I can vouch for the fact that the nismo sounds pretty bloody awesome and distinctly different to the OEM zaust- certainly worth buying if you have the cash and I cant imagine there are many others out there that compliment the zed as much

Thanks guys. Im not in a massive hurry to sell but I know that the miles might be an issue for some. Im biased obviously, but you'd be very hard pressed to tell though! As for whats next, yeah I think its going to be an RS or maybe a megane R26 (notice the LSD theme..?!) Not fully decided yet so will see... Still looks like im going to be at the Wales meet next weekend though so every cloud has a silver lining! Car will obviously be there too for anyone who wants to see her in the flesh
