    thanks for that. Done it! unbelievable amount of air came hissing out! They are hot at the top already! Thanks for the advice guys - so thats flat pack and now radiator bleeding to add to my single girl's set of skill!

    peas is actually spot on as they can be 'moulded' around the injured area. Wrap the bag in a clean tea towel.

    my bedroom has gone a bit cold, it seems my radiators are a bit cool at the top and hot at the bottom. I'm assuming my radiators need bleeding? As I am lacking a man that can (and even when I had a man, he couldn't.........) can anyone tell me how to do it myself?

    Not as bad as i thought it was gonna be! Being a typical woman though I was more interested in nosing at the rest of the room and in your wardrobe!

    the M1 is a bloody nightmare, if its not roadworks and average speed cameras its accidents which close it altogether. Its a case of breathe a sigh of relief if you get to your destination without hassle!
